From the Global HR department there was a need to unify the Onboarding process globally.

At the department I used to work at, we decided that a great way to unify the messages for new joiners was to use our illustrations and a straight forward step-by-step approach.

I worked hand-by-hand with the writers and I was in charge of gathering the right references, analyze what every step of the process should look like, choose and redesign the character tweaking it in order to create a simple step-by-step "cheat sheet" that would help new employees from all over to go smoothly through their entry process.
