Challenge:

In order to align with the UN Global Compact SDG's, at my former company there where a lot of initiatives that where put in place. We needed to effectively create a campaign so that both our employees, investors and talent would be able to take a sneak peak at the company's efforts on these matters.


Approach:

With my input on creating a series of animated "pills", coming from my background on broadcast design, within the team we decided to present a selection of some of these initiatives with a series of short animated videos called "Sustainability Seeds".

My Input:

My specific task within the team was to gather the right references, define the look and feel, animate and create specific icons (based on the brand's guidelines) and work with the script writer so that the pieces we created fit within the concept of "pills".
I also worked in the roll-out of these communication pieces, both for our internal and external audience.
After I created the first couple of "Seeds" I was in charge of reaching out and choosing an external vendor and overlook the overall process and creation of several of these short videos.



Outcome:

The "Seeds" established a new, fresh and up-to-date way of communication within the company, these videos where played all over the world in the company's TV screens, people will eagerly await the next episode and we started getting more and more requests of this type of communication from the internal stakeholders.
